Contractor Agreement

DBA: Albert R LaMotte dba: Restoration Contractors MN

By signing up, you agree to the following:

  1. Leads are exclusive. You will not share or resell them.
  2. You will contact the homeowner within 15 minutes of receiving a lead when possible.
  3. You will only purchase leads for services you are licensed and insured to perform under Minnesota law (Minn. Stat. ch. 326B).
  4. You will maintain active general liability insurance and workers’ compensation insurance as required by Minnesota Statutes Chapter 176.
  5. You will comply with all applicable Minnesota laws, including Minn. Stat. ch. 326B (construction codes and licensing), ch. 176 (workers’ compensation), and the Minnesota Consumer Fraud Act (Minn. Stat. § 325F.69).
  6. You will not misrepresent your license status, insurance coverage, or qualifications to homeowners.
  7. You will provide homeowners with any required written contracts and cancellation notices under Minnesota’s Home Solicitation Sales Act (Minn. Stat. §§ 325G.06–325G.11) when applicable.
  8. You acknowledge that Albert R LaMotte dba: Restoration Contractors MN is a lead matching service only and is not responsible for the quality or outcome of your work.
  9. You will not use the homeowner’s information for any purpose other than the specific job requested. You will not sell, share, or retain the information after the job is complete or declined.
  10. You are an independent contractor. Albert R LaMotte dba: Restoration Contractors MN is not your employer and does not control how you perform work.
  11. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Albert R LaMotte dba: Restoration Contractors MN from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your work, licensing status, insurance, or interactions with homeowners.
  12. You will not place a lien on a homeowner’s property for work obtained through this platform without first notifying Albert R LaMotte dba: Restoration Contractors MN.
  13. You are responsible for collecting payment from the homeowner. Albert R LaMotte dba: Restoration Contractors MN is not responsible for unpaid invoices.
  14. The platform is provided “as is.” Albert R LaMotte dba: Restoration Contractors MN makes no warranty that leads will result in completed work.
  15. Pricing is as displayed at the time of purchase. First 5 leads are 50% off until November 30, 2026.
  16. You may decline an assigned lead within 24 hours. After acceptance, the lead is yours.
  17. Albert R LaMotte dba: Restoration Contractors MN may suspend or remove your account for non-compliance.
  18. This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, including but not limited to Minn. Stat. ch. 326B (construction codes and licensing) and ch. 176 (workers’ compensation).

This agreement is between you and Albert R LaMotte dba: Restoration Contractors MN and is subject to Minnesota law.
